Good morning! I had a busy week end. My second oldest son just had a birthday friday, he is 13! we had a get together at our house on Saturday, and sunday I had a bay shower to attend so 3 days of some sort of parting going on. I heard from my breeder Friday , no puppies yet, So I am jumpy when the phone rings hoping its news on puppies! I hope all of you have a great day!!

good morning everyone!!! i am feeling very rested and ready to start my day

taking dd to school then coming home to enjoy a nice cup of coffee

most of the day is MINE,...ALL MINE hehehe but tonight i am having dinner with some business associates. we are going to a very nice restaurant..i am super excited about it. and we don't have to pay LOL.

It's beautiful here today and going to a busy one for me. My friend and I are picking my niece up at the airport and taking her to downtown Cleveland since she is here for a Convention and a short visit. It's been a couple years since I have seen her so I can't wait.

good morning friends!!! i have to do some shopping for office furniture today!! i got the WONDERFUL news yesterday that I can move back into my old office as of this thursday. but i need new furniture! so i will be looking for that today.

i posted in the weight loss thread that i found out yesterday that i have high cholesterol. not sure how high...i have to get to the dr. to find out. but i guess i need to start reading up on how to control that. oye....29 and dealing with stuff like this. life happens too fast!!!!

Good Morning everyone.

Pepe, don't be too worried but I would surely get to the Dr. He may change your diet before medication but I'll tell the meds really do work for most. I was just on the line and although I had only been one one other med since I only take what is really needed I started Zocor but take the generic brand and the change in one month was remarkable. You can take it with food or without but you cannot eat grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Anyone with liver problems could not go this route and they even test liver function after you start.

My Duck is Dead

A woman brought a very limp duck into a veterinary surgeon. As she laid
her pet on the table, the vet pulled out his stethoscope and listened to
the bird's chest. After a moment or two, the vet shook his head sadly
and said, "I'm sorry, your duck, Cuddles, has passed away."

The distressed woman wailed, "Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am sure. The duck is dead," replied the vet.

"How can you be so sure", she protested. "I mean you haven't done any
testing on him or anything. He might just be in a coma or something."

The vet rolled his eyes, turned around and left the room. He returned a
few minutes later with a black Labrador Retriever. As the duck's owner
looked on in amazement, the dog stood on his hind legs, put his front
paws on the examination table and sniffed the duck from top to bottom.
He then looked up at the vet with sad eyes and shook his head.

The vet patted the dog on the head and took it out of the room. A few
minutes later he returned with a cat. The cat jumped on the table and
also delicately sniffed the bird from head to foot. The cat sat back on
its haunches, shook its head, meowed softly and strolled out of the
room.

The vet looked at the woman and said, "I'm sorry, but as I said,
this is most definitely, 100% certifiably, a dead duck."

The vet turned to his computer terminal, hit a few keys and produced a
bill, which he handed to the woman.

The duck's owner, still in shock, took the bill. "$150!" she cried,
"$150 just to tell me my duck is dead! ??

The vet shrugged, "I'm sorry. If you had just taken my word for it, the
bill would have been $20,but with the Lab Report and the Cat Scan, it's
now $150. !!

The weather here beautiful, but i'm sick

I have some errands to do today and then I have to go take my midterm for my country and western couples dancing class.

oh yea, Slade is at the groomers and Im worried

He has a few mats, I told them not to do any cutting other than trimming him up, but I'm scared of what hes going to end up looking like. If they cut his face hair I will be so sad.

Good Morning! I am so excited, I found out yesterday that my Jeter was born on Sunday! I Can finally start shopping for oufits for him! My Breeder told me that I can come see him anytime. My kids all have great grades as of yesterday none have a c! It's almost a miracle for my #3 son, he struggles with school so we are doing something special for them this weekend. I have to call my oldest sister and wish her a Happy birthday! I hope that you all have a great day. Oh and Pepe Mint, have fun shopping for the office furniture, any form of shopping is great

Good morning, My younger 2 boy's were wild this morning, I am almost worried as to how they will be for their teachers! My husband told them that our breeder said that they could come with me and my Husband to see Jeter so that excited them to no end! I made sure that Lincoln got his ADHD meds for sure. Their poor teacher!! (I was going to tell them when they camr home @2:30. )

Our accountant called to tell us that the 2006 taxes are ready! We had to file an extension because my husbands x business partner had the w2 forms screwed up and would not correct it! I have kept all his pay stubs so our accountant had to use them as proof of what was made. Now the IRS is going after the old business partner so I guess he is getting what he deserves! I am just glad that all this will finally be over with!

I get to go see Jeter today at 4 pm, so I am in a fabulous mood today! I hope that you all enjoy your day~~Brandy~~

hubby does not know... he knows i have my regular appointment, but he does not know that i am going in for a CUT

oh well..it's just hair

Maggie goes with me to get my hair done...so she is going to get all dolled up here in a few. I am going to dress her in one of her go.fetch dresses and put a pretty bow in her hair

they just love her there.

then after that, i am supposed to meet with a friend of mine and spend some time with her at her new house. i'm excited about that too!!

I just love hair appointment day! Mine is Tuesday! I wonder if they would freak out if I brought Bella!!! Probably!

Kind of overcast here today. I am ready for it to start to cool down and have some fall weather!

Not too much going on here today. My 2nd grader has a playdate after school today, so she is excited. I might get some cleaning done. That would be good!!!
