| Rotel Does anyone have the recipe for the rotel with hamburger meat in it?? I know it just like regular rotel but I was thinking there is more spicy stuff in it. I had some last week and I really want some more, lol. |

| I am sure everyone has their own variations of the recipe. I brown hamburger and add that and spicey cheese dip ( whatever your favorite is) to the Rotel and put it in a slow cooker. If you don't like it cheesey, leave it out and add a jar of jalopenos.

| Yep -- we do it like Dawn -- brown the ground meat, add either a 1# mexican velveeta cheese block and a can of diced rotel or substitute a jar of tostitos cheese or whatever type you like. The cheese is salty enough - don't add salt to your ground meat.
