| If it is as hot in Tennessee as it is here in Kentucky I know how difficult it is to decide...... nothing sounds good. We have finely decided on BLT's for dinner. It is simple, refreshing, and not heavy.

| Haha! I used to think that sushi was gross too...Until I actually tried it. I believed the misconception that it was only raw fish and stuff, but there are so many different kinds. One of my favorite is crab meat, cream cheese, avocado, and smoked salmon (everything is cooked ) rolled in rice with the seaweed so that it all sticks together and then it's deep fried in bread crumbs (panko flakes). Mmmm But I do eat the raw fish and rice ones too...

| How about burger's or steaks on the grill. Make hubby cook, and sit inside watching till he brings them in. Then sit down and enjoy them.
