Well I had to run out and do a move in and dh is working late so dd and I are at the mall

she is playing in the play area and I am enjoying a nice plate of rice, chicken, cucumber salad, and pita bread with some cucumber ranch drizzles over it and garnishedvwith mushrooms, black olives and feta cheese

quite yummy and I didn't have to cook!!!

My husband's out "with the boys" for the evening-they went to Rock Bottom for some beer and guy time, so I'm home with the furgirls!

You know what that means for dinner? Fruit & Popcorn for dinner, a good book, and a little chocolate and wine later on!

I had a salad and cottage cheese and some tilapia marinated in teriyaki. It's hot here too. They closed our schools half day because of the heat. Please, Mother Nature.....some people are flooded, other's are broiling, give us some relief!!!

our schools are closed half days too...its just crazy.

I had a Lean Cuisine Salisbury Steak and macaroni with cheese dinner. It was so bad that even Max gave up begging for some.

I can't complain though I went for dinner yesterday and lunch the day before with 2 different friends and they both decided to treat me.

I had shrimp stir-fry but now I'm craving pork adobo and lumpia since somebody brought it up - but I want my mom's and she's all the way in Hawaii - aaaggghhhh!!!
