Ok so maybe not nails but at least spit

The insurance co called me today and said they are giving me a week to get that titled signed over or going to require me to buy my car back from them at their price and pay storage fees!! Are you friggin kidding me???? I told her first of all, you are not going to set the price.... and second of all you are NOT going to charge me for storage fees, I didnt tell you to come get the car, you guys came and got it on your own.

UGGHHHH! Im just so irriated. My ignorant brother!

I have no idea what to do. Im just so mad I cant even think straight! Grrr! I dont know who I am mad at more... my stupid brother or myself for letting him cosign. Geesh.

Im done just had to vent. Thanks

Sorry you're going through this. I don't understand the whole story, but it sounds like your brother got you in some trouble. Don't you just love how family members can turn your world upside down.

My brother (9yrs older) cosigned for me a car a very long time. I paid it off... but the title is in his name and mine. My car is totaled and he wont sign the title. Ok I wont say wont sign the title but he wont return my calls to sign the title.

He is just being a jerk!!!!! And thats the nice word for him.

Well you've tried sweet talk and that didn't work ....Did you try money on him?....Can you just call him and say, "Hey, I'm over at the notary's, come over and sign this with me, I can give you some cash for inconveniencing you"."
