My brother (9yrs older) cosigned for me a car a very long time. I paid it off... but the title is in his name and mine. My car is totaled and he wont sign the title. Ok I wont say wont sign the title but he wont return my calls to sign the title.
He is just being a jerk!!!!! And thats the nice word for him.
