| Prayers headed out that your sis gets better fast Using lots of fresh herbs can help ease the pain of giving up salt. Throw out her salt shakers! The body does need some sodium to operate, so while she should avoid any extra added salt, and highly processed foods, she doesn't have to be on a NO sodium diet If she sticks to fresh unprocessed foods, she'll do great. I love the Mrs. Dash seasonings myself, you don't really miss the salt they are good

| Dear Shana, I just read this post and am sending out prayers for your sister. My Mom was a salt free diet years ago. It was difficult, but if you check out the supermarket now there are a lot of low sodium foods available now. Judy

| Much better the whole way around? Is everything GETTING better? Did they put her on water pills? I pray she has a full recovery with no complications. How stressful and scarey! |
