| My feeling is that you don't leave a child unattended with any type of dog. Not only for the child's safety but for the dog's also.

| This is incredibly sad. Actually, my first thought was that someone must have "taught" that behavior....? I also wonder if it wasn't a cover for another abuser in the house. When small children act out sexually, it can be a sign of abuse. When a dog acts out sexually toward a human, what the heck does that mean?? Please excuse me. I HAVE to go look at some cute puppy pictures for awhile. I just have to get this image out of my head.

| I know they have to be tactful in how they report this story but I'm having a hard time figuring out how this is even possible. I don't know how many of you watch Nip Tuck but there was a woman whose husband was always deployed and she had an inappropriate relationship with her dog that involved peanut butter as a lure. I really hope this isn't a similar situation. It's hard not to question the parents b/c this world is getting more and more perverse.

| here's an article about this with a little more information. Apparently they are taking DNA from the dog and the kid to see if it was the dog....but that would only tell 1/2 the story. I think there is WAY more to this situation than what is being reported....it'll all come out in time. http://www.tonawanda-news.com/newtod...190220441.html |

| Why aren't the parent's locked up??? I would think that charges of neglect are in order.... The fact that the child was left along long enough for something like this to "happen" would be enough to lock them up for now.... untill the REAL story is brought out! B*$@%H#! that poor dog did NOT figure out how to rape a 2 year old out of the blue! If it did in fact have a humping problem... SHAME on those parents for not adressing it and again... press charges of NEGLECT! Crap like this does not "just happen" Sorry family... your story dosen't quite check out! I can't wait to hear the REAL story! Cause this one is b%$@&h*!

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Honestly animals just don't do this with humans. In cases of beastiality the animal has to be taught and lured into relations with humans (eg that peanut butter example given above). SO these dirty scum bags that are parents/family members had to have done something to bring this on. Come now. I dont' let my two year old walk around without a diaper. I have never seen nor heard of an dog that has ever ripped a diaper or other undergarment off and proceed to have relations with a person. I agree 100% about not leaving any child alone with an animal. Much less leaving any 2 year old child unattended. We that have children of our own or even younger relatives know how fast a small child can get into trouble.

| I feel so horrible for the poor little kid AND the dog. I feel like there must be something not being said. I don't see how the dog would have done this without either being taught to do it (which I pray to god is not true), or it being pinned on the dog when someone else did this . |

| I've also NEVER EVER heard a story like that before!!! And it's hard for me to believe that a dog would do this to a person (adult or child)... I don't know, but this story didn't convice me... they said the child needed surgery, but at the same time wasn't hurt?? Another thing, did the parents let the child walk around naked?? I'm saying this because there's no other way the dog could sodomise the child... I don't want to piss anyone off here, but I don't think the blame is on the dog... JMHO... |

| There is no wayyyy a dog would have known that under the clothing, beneath the big diaper lies a hole for the dog to penetrate. I am not a fan of pit bulls but I have a hard time believing that any animal would know of that hole without seeing it or being shown. Either they were letting the baby crawl around naked and the dog saw the opening or they were trying to make the dog do something for their own sick and twisted pleasure. There are sick people in this world. I agree with all of you, something fishy happened and the parents should be locked up for neglect.

Also, WHERE WERE THE PARENTS? Didn't they hear the boy cry/scream? Sounds like a BS story to me!
