Why aren't the parent's locked up??? I would think that charges of neglect are in order.... The fact that the child was left along long enough for something like this to "happen" would be enough to lock them up for now.... untill the REAL story is brought out!

SHAME on those parents for not adressing it and again... press charges of NEGLECT! Crap like this does not "just happen" Sorry family... your story dosen't quite check out!
