Yep, I have seen those too. We live WAY out in the country and I know we have seen things (bugs, wildlife) that most people don't see. I don't know what they are, but I have seen them. Our pool is a magnet for the bugs. I guess they fly in and never make it out. We have seen some crazy looking bugs in it!

LOL I have the heeby jeebies for real now. The BF said he's going to get me a little pea shooter or whatever in case the boar start rooting on the property and in case the bob cat comes back

Looks like I'll need one for the icky unidentifiable bugs from hades. If I ever see the male cow ant fly I'm pretty sure I'll pee on myself

Where exactly is Byronsville? I live in Rome, which is in the extreme NW part of Georgia. I am about 10 miles from Alabama if you go west and about 1/2 way between Atlanta, and Chattanooga, TN.

The green things I'm talking about aren't June bugs we've got tons of those in the evening and they love my hair

I'm in a curious mood today so I went to google images and I think they're called green tree ants. They're kinda pretty.

Byromville is in Dooly County in central GA. I'm 20 min. either way between Cordele and Perry. I moved here from Warner Robins so it's been a huge adjustment for me. I like it for the most part. It does suck having to drive 20 minutes to get to a Walmart and 45 min. to get to a Target, Petsmart or a mall... My sister lives in Chattanooga and loves it.
