| I worked at a pediatrician's office and you would be amazed at what we pulled out of ears and noses! The strangest one was a large red ant that we had to drown in solution and then pull out in sections! I think little rocks were the most common - don't ask me what it is about boys and rocks - LOL! I'm glad your little one is okay

| Boys! Always getting into something or other aren't they? If they only understood what they put their mother's through. Amber I am glad no damage was done to his ear. I am sure he learned his lesson on this one. Don't forget to post this episode in his "Baby Book". I kept track of all these things with my kids. My only son has a page in his book that I changed from fun things to do to "Accidents" and filled it up and added a page |

| So glad that turned out okay! My daughter had a rock in her ear when she was about 3 or so. Some kid on the playground had thrown some gravel at her and one little bitty one went in her ear. We didn't know about it though until it started hurting really bad. My little cousin actually put a cotton ball up his nose when he was little. My aunt tells us that it was there for weeks and weeks before she starting noticing that he had this nasty odor and she couldn't figure it out. It smelled like he just had really bad breath so she took him to the dentist who discovered the cotton ball when he couldn't actually find anything wrong with his teeth or mouth. She said that thing was nasty when it was taken out! Yep, boys will be boys!
