I worked at a pediatrician's office and you would be amazed at what we pulled out of ears and noses! The strangest one was a large red ant that we had to drown in solution and then pull out in sections!
I think little rocks were the most common - don't ask me what it is about boys and rocks - LOL! I'm glad your little one is okay
