I got mine at an outlet in Florida. It was regular 500 but i paid 321. not bad. They do last forever tho I think itsa good investment I love mine!

Damn skippy girl. I deserve any bags, shoes or jewlery I want...lol. I have 35 years before I retire so I am going to enjoy myself. Once I take care of all that has to be cared for I splurge a bit here and there. Shoot Lulu was a bit of splurge for me too...lol.

If you think Coach is expensive, price some Chanel or Louis Vuitton sometime, OMG!!! Now THOSE are uber-expensive. Not worth it to me, I stick with Coach and Dooney, I can afford one of those every year or so

Check the outlets, but please don't believe anyone on Ebay that says they're selling a designer bag at a cut rate price. There's no WAY that it'll be real. There are some very close fakes out there, and they look real in pics, but once you can inspect it in person, you can spot a fake very easily.

This is why I sew, I use all my money that I make from sewing and I buy stuff for my babies or myself. So If I saved up (thats hard for me lol) he would not say anything as long as I used my sewing money.

I also work a full time job, so he really can't say squat!

You really can find good deals if you watch for clearances. I got the Coach Bumble Bee bag from Dillards the end of last summer for like $89, it's a $400 bag. I put it away until this spring and am loving it. I also hit the outlets when I go out of town, you can get bags for 60% off a lot of the time.

My daughter actually found one at some kind of second-hand store, it still had the tags on it, and I think she paid $20 for it. It's really a nice purse, but I don't understand why they're so expensive either!

Places like Bloomies and some really high end spots tend to do mark downs as well. So check those sale tables. The other day I was in Macys and they had a Marc Jacobs bag on the sale table...granted their version of the sale was $650 but it was a sale...lol. So it's always good to check those sale tables. Also if you go to some of the malls in more affluent neighborhoods you will get a ton of them on sale as well.

A friend of ours works in a marshalls upstate and he said they always have Dooneys, Prada and such on sale up there. So you never know what you can find if your looking for them.

Unfortunately I think there is only 1 Brighton Outlet in CA.
