| Donating YT 30K Club Member  |  With my birthson I had no morning sickness. With my dtr I as sick for the first trimester, even ended up in the hospital twice with dehydration. They put me on B6 pills which didn't do much. The one thing that helped was I kept a box of Lorna Doone (shortbread) cookies at my bedside and ate a couple before getting out of bed. Good luck it does get better.
