| Peoples should be placed in situations like this one . My friend was in the Zellers parking and saw 2 little Poodles in a car . The little ones were in very bad shape . My friend called the SPCA . When the agents arrive , they broke the car's window , the little ones were almost dead. The owner is now trying to have them back but the agents said there is no way she will have them back . |

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | MAN ! Those poor dogs must have suffered SO bad and I hope that JERK NEVER has another pet for the rest of their life - but we know that won't happen. People get away with way too much when it comes to animal abuse Good for your friend. |

I know my tiny little mind just can't wrap around the stupidity of people sometimes. I'm so glad Houston has Laws against this but it still doesn't stop people from doing it. Even a Houston COP lost his dog once to a hot car...a beautiful German Sheperd police dog. | |

| I just got back online for the first time in a few days! I am so glad that you have all responded so positively. I am in the process of doing some brain-storming. I am going to find out where to find the city/county laws on animal cruelty and what animal protection laws are in effect. Once I have all my information and facts, I can proceed to the City Council/or discuss it with one of the reps. I know that there are some "extremists" out there that sometimes take somethings a bit over the top, but I think that it is just common sense that animals be protected from being left in cars..... (these are probably some of the same people that leave their KIDS in cars)!! Again, thanks for the ideas.... keep 'em coming!
