My friend was in the Zellers parking and saw 2 little Poodles in a car . The little ones were in very bad shape . My friend called the SPCA . When the agents arrive , they broke the car's window , the little ones were almost dead. The owner is now trying to have them back but the agents said there is no way she will have them back . |
