I Need Yt Prayers Please!
 

I usually don't like to post my private financial dealings and i don't like it to be public knowledge but i am desperate this time and i know they power of the YT prayer. I need some prayers for us to get our house refinanced we are on the verge of loosing everything we have. It started a few years ago when my husband was almost killed in an accident he spent 2 weeks in intensive care and almost lost his life he also at the age of 23 had to have a full hip replacement because of the accident about a year later. he had just bought our house and made an agreement to pay half house payments for 3 months untill he could get back to work and the other half of those payments were supposed to be differed to the end of the loan well when the 3 months were over and he started paying full payments again the motgage co stoped taking our checks saying we were 2 months behind and we had to pay right now all of it. They didn't honour the ageement they had set:mad: we started paying $250.00 extra every month to pay it back and we did that for 6 months and we got a letter thanking us for our continued business in june and in july they put us in forcloser we had made every payment and i hired a laywer and i had all the proof but they were going to take us to court and they had money and we didn't. we ended up paying them ove $10,000.00 extra:mad: and for 2 years until we were caught up they reported 190 days late to our credit buero which killed our credit everytime we got caught up with them something else would "BE WRONG" and they wanted more money. well we finally got refinaced with another company but the medical bills and the other mortgage co runied my husbands credit we are desperate to get refinaced again to get our second taken care of and be able to survive. we have a chance but it has to be done right now and if we don't get it we might lose our house in oct when the intrest goes up we are payin $1350.00 a month + $ 350 on our second and it is killing us. Please this is not a pity post i just need some prayers to get us through this and back on our feet. My husband just switched jobs because he wasn't making enough money at the old one and it really hurt us when he did it.So thats a lot of the reason we are behind. My heart goes out to you. I wish you the best, it is hard when you are down on your luck but you will get through this. I thought I was going to lose my house when my son was about 2. I was all by myself just doing everything I could but never getting caught up. I was depressed, scared to death but working so hard I almost never saw my son. My mortgage company worked through it with me and I could not have felt better. I was VERY lucky that my mortgage company was so amazing!! PM if you need a talk

We have 2 small children ages 7 and 2 and it terrifies me to think we could lose it all and where would we be with 2 small boys:( it is very depressing and with his credit in shambles i don't think we could even get an apartment at this point if we lost it. OMG! That is so sad ... I cannot understand mortgage companies doing such outrageous things.
Things do work out. Have you thought of working outside the home as well? I do not know if you do, so it's just a suggestion.
In your state there must be someplace you can appeal. My prayers are with you.

I am looking at your website and I like the pink plaid you have, do you have it in green plaid? The Lord helps those who help themselves and you make beautiful clothing, so you deserve all the business you can get. please get back to me ... I have color themes, pink for Monday and green (preferably neon) for Friday.

The tears are natural but just think of your boys and that should put the fight back in you. I know that everytime I looked in my son's little face that i just needed to get it together. Wipe off the tears and go play with your boys. You will be amazed how well it works

I do have an income coming in for me but right now working outside the house is not an option day care alone will be over $1000.00 a month for my kids there is no way we can afford it and almost all daycares down here will not take a child who is not potty trained my son just turned 2 and i am working with him on it but right now he is not ready. we have no outsourses avaiable to us right now except this guy who is trying to get us refinanced he has been wonderful and i am just hoping he can pull a miracle an get this done.

Hun don't be embarrassed or think your to be pitied...we have ALL been in a situation where things spiral out of control, some just hide it better than others
I understand completely ...& so do most here...your amongst friends so vent if you need to....

It is very difficult I know...been there done that!! Homeowership is never a guarantee but I am a FIRM believer in that everything happens for a reason and something better always comes along. I was always a stay at home Mom up until 4 years ago and at that time I brought in a handicapped woman to live with us, like foster care...I was single at the time and I didnt want to be away from my kids if at all possible...well she went to a new home 2 weeks ago and I am working outside the home and am LOVING it...maybe if you dont already..find a job outside the home and that will help the burden a bit until you can get your head above water again. Oh..sorry just read this post after I posted my previous one. What about babysitting?? Offer a bit better than the local daycares are asking..plus you get a playmate or two for your son...win win situation...I babysat when my kids were little and it was great to have someone to keep the boys busy and entertained...its pretty good dough too if you have more than one family..

Thank you but i just want it known i don't need money i just need the refinace to go through we are making it work monthy money wise it is just really tight. I am not asking for money or anyone to buy my things i just know the power of yt prayer and that is what i need the most. thank you so much though for being so loving and kind. It's just in October our intrest rate will go up to 14% and there is no way i or anyone could afford a payment on that. We are ok right now it's in a few months that i worry if this doesn't go through.

Have you considered consumer credit counseling service? It's non-profit and they work out payment arrangements with all your creditors to give you a chance to get everything caught up. You can find them on the internet.

I know couple who used this service and they were on their feet in 18 months. I'm not trying to tell you what to do or anything, I'm just sitting here wracking my brain to think of something that will help you guys out.

we don't have any debt except our house and second and just our monthly bills and groceries. It's not that we can't afford what we have now it's just in a few months that it will be impossible our house payment will prob go up to $1600 + and then the $350 second which we had an adviser tell up to take out to pay off our medical bills on our credit. We don't have any credit cards. So i'm not sure what they could help us with. Our problem is what happened with the house hurt our credit so we are having a hard time finding a lender to help us

I'm really sorry about the difficult time you and your hubby are going through right now. Is there a way you can consolidate all your bills into one monthly payment, including the medical bills, so that you can at least get those paid and off your mind? Have you talked to a financial advisor? Just trying to think of some suggestions to help in case you haven't thought of them.

I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers and hope that everything works out!

Amber, girl I am so sorry to hear about your troubles. I have been in major financial shambles, and sometimes I still work on a shoe string budget so I really do know how you feel.

Just a few months ago, Sean changed jobs and we were backed up on house payments for a month and it was awful.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you and I've said a prayer. I know it's hard to believe this now, but things always do work out! I believe things will get better girl so keep your chin up!

Amber my heart goes out to you....I understand that your not asking for money and your not behind on your bills, I just wanted to clear that up for some people that didn't read it in your post...Girl I will be praying that you get the refi on your home...Don't worry and stress out, God will hear our prayers......:) You know that I am always here for you too.....:p
