| Congratulations to everyone who quits!!! I quit several years ago and know this is not an easy habit to break, but quitting is much easier than some of the alternatives. My dad was a smoker for years and I watched him go through lung cancer surgery which was more painful than any others such as bypass he had previously and my mother is a COPD patient carrying an oxygen tank everywhere we go . I live in fear of her getting a cold because any type of respiratory infection can be deadly in her condition. |

| oh that is wonderful news. Hubby smoked for the longest time and I got so fed up bought him an expensive give he could not refuse . . . he went cold turkey and to this day have not gone back He quit the day before 9/11 and am so very glad.I know it is hard to quit so I admire your wanting to do this |
