| I have HORRIBLY curly/frizzy/nasty hair. It's like thin and poofy and soooo gross. I bet I have tried 50 different products (and I'm only 20) and nothing works. My best bet is to spend an hour straightening it..ugh. OH, and I've had it "straightened" at the salon (like a reverse perm) THREE times and it's still nasty....oh well!

| I used to have thick, wavy dark hair and it was great. I always have had it layered because that works best with curls. My hair has changed though and it's straighter in some parts, not as thick and frizzes instead of waves. The good part though is that as I went grayer, I also went lighter in color and am now a blonde (and I do have more fun). I solve the whole hair problem by getting it blown out once a week. It's great because I really don't even have to comb it. I wear it long so I just run my fingers through. Of course, all of the coloring makes it dry enough that I can stretch it a week. I don't let them put any products in to keep it cleaner looking.

| I use Aveda Be Curly and sometimes I add some liquid gel in with it to keep it tame. If it's humid then it's a hopeless cause and turns into a giant pouf ball. One of the best things you can do is get a really good conditioner. Curly hair tends to dry out. And do a deep conditioner every couple of weeks. It will definitely help the curl stay nice and frizz free. And if you're going swimming leave a regular conditioner in your hair, that way the damage from the sun, chlorine or salt, will be less. |

| i have naturally curly hair. its ugly curls tho lol sometimes all will curl and sometimes half we be straight and half will curl lol. just depends what my hair feels like doing. so i gave up on the curls. i now straighten with my CHI iron and thats the only straitener that works without giving me static because my hair is very fine. when i did wear it curly tho i used catwalk mousse you can get it at salons and i used aussie scrunch spray(just a little tho).i also used a green spray from bedhead or got2be one of them for curls. |

| Just thought I would share my 4 year old picture. lol. and my hair just got curlier as I got older. it always looked shorter than it was because of the curls. I had this on my pc as I had made a screen saver with hubby and me and my kids from babies till the last few years. It was on my old computer and when it crashed I lost my screen saver but had some of the pictures i had burned to a disc but had never burned them all. wish i had now.

| I like this! Everyone needs to show pics of their curly hair. Curly hair is beautiful. Here's a family pic from Dec. 23rd last year... just one day before Riley! |

| My hair is naturally curly. I've used several products that I really like. I think one of my absolute favorites is Curl Friends. You can either get it from their website or Ulta sells there products. I've also use matrix and biolage as well. I've found some other less expensive items that work as well for me anyway that control the frizz. I live in the Atlanta area and that is very important to me. I have also used some Pantene products that I like as well. Good Luck in finding what is just right for you. Attached is a picture of me & Ethan just a few days ago at his 5th grad graduation. This will give you some idea of what my hair looks like. I've been going au natural for several years. I use to try to style it straight. Now, I don't even use a blow dryer.
