| Mother's Day..... Mother's Day is coming up!! How is everyone celebrating their mothers? OR getting for their mothers? I am combining Mother's Day/Father's Day this year and getting them a good digital camera (small enough to fit in pocket), all the accessories for it and a new hiking book. My parents love to hike, take pictures, etc. So, I thought that would be good....course, Dad will still get celebrated on Father's Day too! My friend and I will go to the cemetery to celebrate her mother, that passed away a few years ago. Plus, we do decoration (flowers on graves) this weekend.....all the family gets together and we clean up and decorate and remember those who have passed before us. So great family weekend coming up! I hope the weather is nice for us all!

| I'm going to the cemetary to see my mom. Last year hubby and I brought 2 chairs and we sat there a while. It's comforting to sit there with her and talk to know. She may not answer back but I know she hears me. I bought a beautiful small rose bush and we're going to plant it. I also bought beautiful raised red pavers (I'm going to set them up sort of like a little fence in front of the head stone and put the rose bush int he center). That morning I'm going to buy some extra flowers to plant around the rose bush so that it looks nice and full. I also got this really nice dragon fly on a stick that you stick int he ground. The wings are flexible and move when the wind blows. I'm probably not going to do much the rest of the day. Hubby and I will go out to lunch after and then I'll go home and spend the day with the babies. They always cheer me up. I don't like to spend Mother's Day with my family. My sister, my aunt, my cousin and my grandma all go out to lunch and they invite me but I can't bring myself to go. I'd rather be alone that day. We use to do a big lunch when my mom was alive and it was so much fun. I just can't do that anymore.

| Awww...Jen, I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day! The stones around the grave and rose bush all sound wonderful...I bet that will be very pretty! Our cemetary caretakers are easy going about that stuff, but I know at one of our family plots, they won't let us do stuff like that - even if we come down and take care of it! Booooo them! But I understand, I guess. Sendings Hugs!

| Jenn, I can truly understand where you comming from when you say, you'd rather be alone that day. Ever since my mom and dad passed away, Mother's Day & Father's Day are just not the same. Even though my kids and husband always do something special for me, it's still not the same. Take Care... all of you who have lost their mother's and I hope you ALL can have as good a Mother's Day as possible.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | This will be our first Mother's Day without my Mom who passed away in March. We decided to go out to lunch Saturday instead of Sunday so we won't be seeing so many people celebrating. It just won't ever be the same anymore. Please everyone give your Mom's extra hugs for me.

| My mom will be spending Mother's day away from her mom, daughters, stepson, DIL and grandaughter... She's going to Miami!! I am so jealous!! My dad is going for business so she's going with him.. She asked if i would mind not seeing her on Mother's day! I told her only if she brought me back a gift!! LOL. I am probably going to see my grandmother at some point.. Its her first mother's day without my grandpa so its going to be rough for her

| I will be spending it with my mom, my ex mother-in-law (who is like my second mom) and my daughter in Disney cruise. I am hoping that 2 weeks of rest and quiet could recharge everyones energy and we could return more peaceful and loving with eachother and everyone around us. I am thankful to the Lord that I am in a place in my life where I can start taking care of my mom as she has taken care of me all my life
