| ok bawling like a baby...that hits the nail right on the head. Dogs are not toys they are not fads they are a part of life and so many people take that for granted. |

| First of all, the story is heart wrenching...I sobbed and sobbed. Then I read Villette's post and cried more. I can relate to that so well. Then to read Schatzie's story...my gosh...it is bad enough to kill an animal, but how could anyone kill a pet? As far as I'm concerned, it's just as bad as when a mother kills her children! Those poor dogs...especially the ones that had to wait their turn...breaks my heart and makes me so angry! Our pets trust us to protect them and do well for them and they should be secure in that and not have to ever look down the barrel of a gun in the hands of their owner or feel the fear those poor dogs had to endure! This just plain sickens me! |

| The more i know about humans, the more i wish to be like my dogs!! They are real hero's, pure of heart and no matter what we put them trhu they always happy to have our company. They might not reason like us, but they surely see with their hearts... It is people like those that make me ashamed of belonging to the human race! I hope life gives them what they deserve!

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | The first time i ever saw that was about 3 years ago. everysingle time i read that i start crying. dogs really are unconditional she loved that woman until the end and she loved her master, even after he abandoned her. my dog was 1 year old when we got him. he was in the pound for 3 months. it was a few days before his time was up. he had been abused, abandoned, and scared. for the first 5 months of his life. if i ever came in contact with the person who did that to him, i'd beat them to a bloody pulp. i know thats very mean, and i'm very sorry i feel this way,but i can't stand someone treating my baby like that. and wouldn't you feel the same if you found out one of your babies had been treated like that??

| That was so sad.. Maybe me cry.. Maybe I should adopt a dog when i decide the time is right.. Rather than get a puppy.. Its so sad how many unwanted dogs (animals) are out there

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | You know what i think. i think in everysingle animal shelter/pound they should have that blown up and hung on the wall. so that every single person who abandons their babies will have to read it. maybe that will give them some idea of what those helpless souls have to go through!!

| I'm sitting here at work with tears streaming down my face. This is so heart breaking but it's an every day reality for millions of shelter dogs and cats.
