| I'm glad everyone is ok. Praying so that your year turns around for you...maybe God just wanted you to redecorate? Ok, that wasn't funny, but I tried...Maybe after your daughter leaves for prom you could take the rest of the night to yourself...have a glass of wine, take a bubble bath, lounge in pajamas, relax and destress. |

| Thank you guys.... thanks so much and Bless you all for your thoughts, kind words and prayers. I have attached a picture of my daughter going to prom Friday. The fire was Wednesday night, and Friday was also my berfday. It went well even though the house still stinks.

| Oops Ooops, forgot the pictures, then my computer froze up on me.  Anyways, the day went fine after all the drama in my home this week. My daughter is doing well since her surgery the end of Feb. She is just on light duty, no gym, no working with heavy lifting, nothing strenuous. As you can see, she's skinny, she hasn't picked up any weight since the surgery. But she's in good health!

| Oh my, I am so sorry to hear what happened. I know from experience that the fire department can do more damage than the fire. The smoke smell will last for what seems forever (at least a year) ... Did you have an insurance adjuster there yet to evaluate the damage? I believe home owners insurance covered my parents' damage bill ... but itz a horror to see what smoke and fire can do ..  I am so glad your family got out safely! Your daughter looks adorable in her prom dress ....  Soon this will just be a bad memory ...
