| ![]() I've cared for orphaned animals before. I took these gals to the vet today and the vet thinks they are 3wks old. I have been force feeding them every couple of hours. They have both been loosing weight.

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | ![]() If I were you, I'd just keep feeding them myself, every couple hours, as much as possible and do everything I could, and just know in your heart, you did the best you could regardless of the out come. Which I feel will be a positive one. Fingers are crossed that these babies will thrive and start to come around! Here's a high calorie formula I fed my Cleft pallate puppy for 3 months: 1 can of evaporated mild or goats milk 1 cup of whole plain yogart (not low fat) 1 table spoon of real mayo 1 egg yoke 1 table sppon of karo syrup Serve luke warm Mix together well. it contains 11 calories per cc. They will LOVE it as well. I also used to mix in some honey and nutical as well. Good luck !!!! |
