| Whooo Hoooo I got my cast off today! I still have limited range of motion in my arm and I am not allowed to even lift a coffee cup. I start physical therapy next week, but I am glad I got it off before our Oklahoma meet up this week end!!!!!!! I do not know how people keep them on for 6 weeks. |

| Oh lucky you! A few years ago I broke my ankle, both sides actually. Had a subsequent surgery and one side is pinned while the other has an 8" plate and 6 screws. I spent 3 LONG months in a cast! So happy to hear you're "free"! Good Luck with physical therapy...

| 3 Months, Oh my. I do not think I could have taken that. Several times, I got the cutters out and was ready to take it off. Quote:
