| I'm glad you're ok and didn't get hurt physically. That must have been terrifying!Yes, she shouldn't have been on the road, but obviously she has some deep seated problems. I know that when you are in the state of wanting to end things so badly, that there is no common sense any more. Nothing makes sense and you hardly know what you're doing. It's like you're in a fog watching someone else. I'm not saying this to excuse her actions - but there is a lot more to it than the danger she created for everyone else. Who knows why she got into her car? In her mind, maybe she thought she could get to a hospital or something before the meds kicked in. Maybe she was going to drive off the road to finish it off... Like I said, there is NO rational thinking at the stage she was at. Too bad there was no one she could have gone to before things got this bad. It does make me sad. OK, enough. I really am glad you didn't get hurt. Did the person in the truck get hurt at all? |

| How scary! But I don't feel a bit sorry for her. She was willing to kill OTHERS to take her own life. She could have just stayed home and killed herself. I hope that she gets some help. AND That she does some time, she endangered others ![]() I'm so glad that you are okay, and WOW good job on the phone, too !

"She could have just stayed home and killed herself." Wow that strikes me as pretty harsh. While I do not condone her behavior, I don't think anyone who has not been in that spot can judge. Yes, she endangered others and now, hopefully she will get some help. Imagine what could be in her life that caused her to do this! I'm really thankful no one was hurt - that is a blessing. Yes, I do have compassion for her because it isn't just tiny little upsets that bring people to this - it's huge, life changing traumas (usually) that get us there. Like I said before - when you have reached a certain point, you really don't comprehend what you're doing. I'm just sorry it all happened and that things turned out ok. JMHO

Sorry, I'm not going to continue this conversation cause it's obvious that you haven't been there or have been close to anyone who has. I just hope that if you hit a hard spot some day and really need help that you find someone with compassion to help you. You are entitled to your opinion....
