Thank you...we do spend a lot of time out there and down below on the patio. It's great because everyone from up the hill walks down past us to the lake so we get to sit outside and visit with everyone. Now that the house is almost done (we have the room addition and new boat dock to do yet) I told my husband he can get a boat...I didn't want one last year because I knew we wouldn't get any work done!

Thank you, I am glad you like it, it makes me feel better since I did spend whatever it cost (I did not get a breakdown) ... I try to look at it this way ... I bought the place and the granite was already here .... other people like it (or they tell me they do) ... maybe I was wrong about the color ... I never was good with colors... but I DO love your lime green .... it is so vibrant and cheerful ... I would hire you to decorate my place in a heart beat!!!!

I thought I'd share a pciture of part of our living room.

Before.....this was what it looked like when we bought it.

And After....this is what we did as soon as we moved in.

We've redone EVERY room in this house and are currently finishing our basement.

Its been alot of work...but well worth it!

Thanks! It was BUTT UGLY, but we could see thru it all. We actually fell in love with the property first. The house was horrible! LOL

Everyone is amazed at the difference now.

Aww thanks i always wanted to be an interior desiner lol my whole family thought i was wakko when the seen the color in the can but i said you have to wait till it's done with all of the accents before you critisize it lol and most of them love it. I'm just really funky i walk to the beat of my own drum lol i love color and i love planning out what i want it to look like. your counter is beautiful and the best thing about it is it will go with what ever you do to the kitchen any color it's beautiful. Lime green is my favorite color and i had to do it lol

We were the same way with ours Breny! The lot and view just can't be beat for the price we paid...the house...well, it was embarrassing! We wouldn't let anyone come see us until we got things done but I did take a ton of before, during and after pictures. The people who have seen the transformation have been very impressed but I wouldn't dare show the before pictures here!
