Why can't you take tylenol? I am a senior nursing student currently in L&D/postpartum.........we safely give the pregnant mothers tylenol.


Try clove or peppermint oil. Rub it on the sides of your head........supposed to help with headaches.

I didn't know if i could take tylenol or not but everyone says I can so I just took some I just didn't want to risk it.

Your Dr. should have told you though.......I can't imagine being pregnant with twins and having a killer headache......not to mention a fever.

My doctor is not the brightest, in my opinion. Or maybe just careless. I would change doctors, but right now that's all I can afford. She seems to always rush people out of her office, at least that's the feeling I get.

Coco is doing good. I actually think she knows I'm sick because she's usually very hyper around me and lately whenever she sees me she just lays next to me and stares at me lol and sometimes she barks at my belly? but she's doing great and i'm taking her to get spayed next week but I hate the thought of leaving her overnight

I know I was so nervous when my girl got spayed.......but you can request to bring her home if she is doing well can't you?

They told me that on rare occasions you can bring them home the same day but they like to observe her longer and I would probably not be able to I feel so bad that when she gets back she's going 2 hate me! She sleeps with me every night and she'll suddenly be alone!

around 8 months i got really really sick i just laid down one day and that wa sit i didnt get back up for a fe wmore days and then it got to where i had a fever and i woudltn eat and i started getting like sore gums and sore throat and then within a couple days i got like sores not really cold sores but like sores and they were actually eating my gums and it was like acid, and then it coated my mouth and thraot and then i had 2 form on my lips and you know what it was from, going to the dentist while iw as pregannt. they said some people cannot visit the dentist whikle they are preganant but i went becuase they said while women are pregnant they tend to get cavaties or teeth probs and low and behold i got my first cavatie while i was preganant and i took better care of myself then but anyway all this adds up to

they gave me i want to say either phegram or promethizine with codeine and it didnt hurt the babies and hwat it did was make me eat surprisingly, but i had to take it every 6 hours and if i didnt then trust me you would be back sick but it didnt hurt them and it really helped me

but make sure you watch it though cause i had a friend who wasnt pregantn with twins but she had one and she was preganant and she got a fever and she had somehting wrong with her cervix or somehting like some kind of bacterial infection that they say women are prone to when they are pregannt its like a yeast infection and she had a fever and they just agev her tylenol though with codeine i belive but
girl haveing had twins naturally its really really hard but when they are born and you look at them you are like wow i did that i carried them taht long and i choose for them to be healthy and take care of them in my body, you feel really proud and its hard trust me, but you can do it, just be proud of yourself

i really am proud of you. i was alone and had drama when i was preganant with my first and girl i was only 14 i thought i knew everything
i thought i would have nothign to worry about
and i did really really good, but i was so tiny i had a hard time pushing him out and i actually went comotose while i was in labor.

i was alone excpet for my family, all my friends left me and you know it told me at least i knew who my friends were. who really cared. and we made it and know he is going to turn 7 and im like look at us, i could have went crzy and partied and had sec with who ever i choose i mean i had family telling my mom i wouldnt finish school and i wouldnt make nothing of myself and now look i finished school when i was 16 years old i graduated, i attended college while i was in high school, and i got my nursing license when i was 16 of course i couldnt find a job because of malpractice issues and insurance issues, so i continued school and started my rn, i am now 21
own a house with 2 vehicles,quads, my baby yorkie, kids, i may have drama at home but you know thats life, you learn, and you get stronger and you never stop learning

i just want you to know that you can do it, and every one on here can tell you a story of hard times but we are all still here and we all made it, i have been thinking of you and i just wanted you to know that i am and im sure alot of others on here are proud of you.
