| Held my first MS Global Dinner Party tonight Just wanted to share that I just had a fantastic evening with friends in support of the MS society (Multiple Sclerosis). The idea is that everyone around the world hold a dinner party this weekend, and instead of wine or flowers, all your guests bring a donation towards the MS society. I have such generous friends that I raised $275 for the MS Society with only 4 guests!!! I would have invited more but I have a small apartment and my table can only can seat 6! I took the day off work and baked and cooked like a madwoman. I made homemade dinner rolls, salad (mixed greens with dried cranberries, cheddar, apple and walnuts with rasperry vinaigrette), prime rib roast beef, real gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, maple dill carrots, and creme caramel for dessert. Wow I'm tired from all that. But we had a great time! The wine was flowing and we were laughing our fool heads off and in the end it was all for a good cause. I feel good right now. |

| What a wonderful idea!!! A really clever & fun way to do something charitable. My father has suffered with MS for over 20 years &, of course, it's one of my main "causes". I know a lot people don't like to participate in the bike-a-thons or other "a-thons', but who doesn't like a dinner party?? And all your hard work in the kitchen obviously paid off! CJ

| That is soooo awesome! Thank you for doing this! I have MS, diagnosed in 2002. I'm so thankful for those who are doing something about this disease. Mine is progressing at a fast pace and hope they can find a way to stop it, better yet...cure it!

| Thank you so much for doing that!! I would love more information about it. My grandmother has had MS since the early 80s.

| What a great idea and thank you for working for the MS cause. My daughter has MS. Maybe the adult stem cell approach will help-. I also heard something about using pregnancy hormones for MS since it seems to go into remission during pregnancy. Judy |
