Contact paypal...if you have been scammed they will be able to help you too..she needs to prove she shipped it to you!! I have been selling for years and years on ebay..

Why would she ship it if she didnt get paid?? It is possible that the payment went to the wrong account so I would start checking on that. As a seller this person has no obligation to ship something she has not received payment for. If she did get paid then thats another issue. Check out her feedback and that might also tell you whether or not there has been an honest mistake or if there is possibly some sort of scam in the making.

I meant that if she was scamming her and really did get the money then she needs to then prove the item was shipped..it may be an honest mistake but paypal will figure that out...
