Has anyone had any problems with them? I ordered a stroller from Ebay and the women keeps telling me she didn't get the money it went through on paypal on 12/9 and my checking through on 12/12. Who should I contact PayPal or EbAY?

I've never had any problems with either paypal or ebay. It wouldn't hurt to contact both of them, it sounds like you might have been scammed by the woman who was selling the item. Good Luck!

How long has it been since you paid through paypal? In your history, is all the transactions you made through paypal. If she doesn't send you the stroller in lets say a couple more days, please report her to Paypal. As long as you paid through paypal, you're protected. :)

I have had a problem with paypal recently, but dont know how ... or even if I should address it. Or, even if it is a paypal problem .... But here is my situation: I had not used my paypal account in months (but have it for years with no problems ever) until recently when I made 2 small purchases in one day, getting a few things for the arrival of our new yorkie. A few days later, while trying to make a donation to this site ... it says my account has been frozen due to a third party trying to gain access to my account, and wanted more info on me ... account #'s etc. I dont know what the deal is, but I felt uncomfortable with the whole thing have just left my account as is .. not functioning. Has this happened to anyone else??

I would contact Paypal first but you can go online and see if the payment was picked up. If not, contact the seller thru ebay and if there's no reply at least Ebay can see you've tried to make contact first. You can always reverse the charges thru paypal if you think it's a scam.

Someone must've found out your password. if you typed in www.paypal.com and it happens, then it's legit.

He said Paypal gives you 45 days to recify an issue...and it past that.....could it be that you sent it to the wrong paypal account? did you send a copy of the payment to the seller? If so you have proof....He still says Paypal gives you 45 days......then he just said to file a complaint with Ebay right away....

That's phishing !! DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM and forward those emails to Pay Pal - I get them all the time since I started using my pay pal for the labels I make - it's another form of online scamming and they WANT you to click the links so they can get your info. They have nothing to do with pay pal - so be very careful and never reply UNLESS YOU GO ONTO Pay Pal's site and then you can do it from there -

NEVER RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS ASKING YOU TO VERIFY INFORMATION !!! That goes for Credit Cards - Bank Info and Pay Pal - Always do it thru your own account on the site after you sign in.

This was not from a phishing email that had been sent to me, I have received those in the past and delete them. I received notice about the problem with my account from paypal while trying to make a transaction. I was suspect then went directly to paypal website and logged on there, only to get the same message. Could one of the businesses I had just made a purchase from do this, or was it someone hacking? I just dont understand how anyone could get my password.

Someone could've hacked your password. I change my paypal password every 6 months.:thumbup:

oh. That's not good :confused: I've never had that happen.

CALL PAY PAL - they do answer & can give you the information you need.

The paypal site wants me to go thru a several step process and change my password, which sounds like they are trying to keep things safe. I do want to point out that no charges were made to my account. However, the fact that this happened on the same day that I had used the account ... which I do not use that often ... makes me feel very uneasy. I realize I have alot to learn about how the cyberworld works ... but, the fact that I made an online transaction on that day seems to be the reason why it was hacked on that day makes me wonder if any transaction makes you vulnerable??

If you received this message while trying to sign-in to Paypal, it is legit. You will have to follow-up with them or your account will remain frozen. If you only use your charge or bank account, not a big deal - but they will freeze any $ you have in your paypal account as well and you can't get to it without going through their process.

I just did this a few weeks ago and it was verified with Paypal security and took a few phone calls to clear up. The whole thing took over a week till I could use $ I had in my account!!

I'd file a complaint for an item not recieved ASAP before it's to late and there is no recourse!
