lol girl - I wasn't talking to you - I replied to the post that said they have the breeding farms for fur - which they do but it's much bigger than that and you weren't off topic - I thought what you just said was interesting and true - what does make it ok for one animal and not another ?? I think as far as fish and chickens - My personal feeling is we just don't see lots of fish and chickens as PETS. Dogs and cats are....

Edited to add - I DID have nightmares over this...it's been over a year I think since I saw that really REALLY sickening video ...I didn't even post that link - it's way too graphic

What I just cannot understand is the fact that they beat them to death and seem to enjoy it. Also, the least that they could do is euthanize it in a more humanely manner and not skin them while still alive

I know ....it's disgusting I think they do it the way they do because they're sick EVIL CHEAP coldblooded greedy cowards that enjoy seeing animals suffer - you can see them laughing about it in some videos - being humane cost money and they obviously could care less.

I agree. I dont see any reason why anyone needs to wear fur. It is awful what those poor animals go through

oh my goodness!! I have a leather coat and after reading this thread I looked and it says on it "made in china". I can't believe what an animal went through to make that jacket. I don't think I'll ever buy leather again. in ANY item.
