I thought this was that girl. I watched her original thread about her being about to lose her house and I was quite skeptical. She came on real pitiful, but you know that God don't like ugly, and she's gonna pay for this eventually.

So did paypal honor your claim? Becuase if the tracking number doesnt show anything and today was the final day how does that work?

I tried to call paypal again today but after being on hold for 15 minutes I just didnt have time for it. I will have to try during a less busy time. Its clear I wont be receiving my refund from Kristy. Im hoping paypal will consider my case since I know many others have filed claims as well.

That is so sad that someone would take advantage of innocent people that are trusting. This stuff makes me so mad! How can she sleep at night?!

Paypal is waiting for my response and then they will review the case to see which way it goes. I will respond back this weekend if nothing shows up but good greif it really was mailed on the 10th like she said that is worse than snail mail!!!

Paypal won't do anything about the 1st $20.00 she owes me. to long ago they said (Dec. 4 th) The other $37.00 she owes says pending. i don't know what happens next.:mad:

I'm so sorry that all this is happening to you all. I ordered treats several times from her and she always sent me my orders on time. Althought, for the last order I placed I had to PM her b/c we had agreed on a delivery date and she didn't sent it until 3 days later. I guess I was lucky:confused: :rolleyes:
FYI I found her in another forum with the same username, although she hasn't posted anything since October.

I did not order from her. or get used by her. but reading some of the replies she's done. I'd be afraid they'd be poisoned. or something.

I got a email from her this morning, here it is:
Here is your refund of 54.00. It shows it was taken out of my bank account





from paypal so as soon as paypal emails you please close the dispute. I see your claiming another 20.00.... Did I miss something somewhere? Have I overlooked an order..if so please let me know. ALSO please go on yt and tell them that you have been refunded. I have eyes and ears from my yt friends...yes i still have some on there and just want to make sure that stuff is being reported accurately. Thank You! OH and BTW..Kittys shortening of her refund was 2.00 DOLLARS>. accidently. i thought she only paid 10.00 not 12.00 so she was sent her 2.00 yesterday. ppl make things sound ALOT worse than they are.

Oh, I see the connection between the two. I really had no clue what this was all about. It really makes me wonder....was she ever going to lose her house and how many people ordered from her out of compassion to try to help her out? What a rotten thing! I am very sorry to all of you who are having to deal with this.:(

Well I got an email from her this morning.. she refunded me, and mailed the treats. So I quess my case is closed with her. Good luck to the rest of you still dealing with this big mess.

I never said she shorted me alot. I always said it wasn't much and I counted it as even since I did receive most of it. I never made it sound worse than what it was.

You really should not have to defend yourself at this point and time. Kristy was banned for cause, she had plenty of time to defend herself before she was banned, and chose to remain silent. If she starts using other members as her voice through emails, I feel this is just not right. I think it's great that she is starting to take care of things, and it's nice to see those emails posted, but nothing more..... Just my opinion. And this is certainly NOTHING against Miasmom, I probably would have done the same thing, but it just occured to me what she is doing........

I didn't post Kristys email to defend Kristy or to start another problem. i posted it because it was about someone else. I don't know why Kristy sent that email to me. She still owes me $57.00. I have a claim against her on paypal. I felt Kitty deserved to see what was said about her.

Anyone can read the forum. You don't have to be a member. If your logged out you can still see posts and read, you just get alot of ads in the posts.

I agree with you, Kitty had every right to know. I just hate that she was quite for so long.......and now she has a voice through others. You know what I mean?

I had an Email that says I would be reimbursed through PayPal on a ECheck Payment
 
They said it would take 3-4 days once the money was in the account.
I wonder if Shana got the same notice.

I got my refund. She issued it today thru paypal and its already in my account, YAY! :)
