She told me she wasnt going to have enough funds until Monday so maybe thats why your refund hasnt completely gone through yet. Hopefully it will and hopefully I'll get mine on Monday too.

I don't think any of us are being mean. We are just trying to find ways to get Kristy to give us our money back. All the suggestions are appreciated. I have a friend who works for the Texas Attorney General. I'm going to talk to her to see if something can be sent from their office. Does anyone have her mailing address?

First off I have to say that I pray that no one gets jaded on purchasing from our fellow YT sellers. I have purchased a variety of things from other members and have yet to have a problem.

It's very sad to think this but maybe she was actually a person that got on here to prey on others. This site has to be the best of any of my groups. It's a large group but the members have truly banded time and time again from what I have seen as a family here. Over the months that I have been a member here I have to say that I have seen a lot of friendships and relationships built. I am very proud to be a member here. For someone that is looking to scam or just get over being the trusting and nice community we are it's a easy thing to do.

I do have to say that people should really realize that the bad things that they do in this life time will come back to them. She might have gotten over with the house payment scam and the sales scam here but it will come back on her in negative karma two fold over.

I wasn't one that gave her any money when she talked about losing the house because I found it a bit fishy. I felt bad to think negatively but something sounded off. I think that the good hearted people here that did donate should know that they will be truly blessed for trying to do a good thing for someone we thought was in need. It's not an easy thing to swallow because all that donated could have been stretched as well financially but found the goodness in their heart to make the sacrifice. I know that people are mad as heck right now but things will get better and she will get what is coming to her.

Paypal will sort it out. The good thing is that once you escalate the claim once the investigation is underway they will be able to get the money back because you have to put a bank account or major credit card. As a bit of a recommendation even though I use paypal I pay from my credit card account to give myself a bit more of a layer of fraud protection.

I was not affected by this whole issue with Kristy, but I just wanted to say that all of you who donated to her to help her out are so kind, and I feel absolutely horrible that you got scammed. I hope all is made right with everyone affected!

I did get a return email. She said she was going to re-pay me and Shana on Monday. Let's see if that happens!

I hope she does, wonder when she plans to repay me? I know you guys have been waiting alot longer than I have plus she she owes you WAY more.

She emailed me now saying she can't pay until Tuesday. Grayson's Mom do you want me to ask when she plans on paying you when I answer her email?

I have my claim with paypal she has until the 22 to respond and if she chooses not to respond to the claim then I WIN, which I think I will WIN reguardless as the treats she claimed she shipped on the 10 have not showed up nor will they, and she has yet to provide a tracking number which she stated in the thread she started that she had our tracking numbers.

I hope she honestly will repay EVERYBODY! We are all due our money, I do believe she just got overwhelmed and got in way over her head and instead of returning the money saying hey I can't fill these orders or I decided not to sell you these items in the yard sale she chose to do nothing and keep it all. Which is wrong and sad JMO

Unless they've changed things, their user name is banned. I was told they have no way to ban the IP.

JMO, but she needed the money to keep her house, right? What are the chances she didn't use it already? Probably can't refund everyone...

If that is the case, her style of writing should be pretty easy to spot. Everyone just has to keep an eye out if she re-registers. It's been done before, and no doubt will be done again. :shade: They normally don't last long.......

You're right...they won't last long and everyone has to keep their eyes open. We've had many users that were banned but managed to rejoin.

NOPE and they were supp mailed on the 10th she said in my paypal dispute before it was escialted to a claim that they hadn't been picked up yet, and she wouldnt give a tracking number that was last Sunday the 14th.

Well, that's a shame, sure would make things easier,huh:laugh: I guess if a newbie is suspected of being a banned member, they can always compare the IP's and bust them that way.

She finally responded to my paypal claim with a tracking number for DSL and of course when you track it nothing is found.

So hopefully some of us will get the treats however I don't think I will give them to my dog. :eek:

Payal still hasnt released my refund. It says pending
