I have no idea what this thread is about, so I'm going out on a limb here to say Kristy seems to be a great home for Gwen. Maybe there's been some mistakes, but I'm sure she'll make it right with you.

WEll I received the treats yesterday BUT I shipped them back today, they were not what I ordered. I guess she just threw whatever in the box and didn't go by my order form.

Paypal has been made aware of this and also has a copy of the tracking number.

CPG what's your status??

thats so sad that she would do that, i mean we are living off of last weeks paycheck and we know that when this friday comes there will be no other paycheck excpet my 550 dollar one and that wont even cover the beginning of it but hey im not going to beg and im not going to come up with stuff for sale that i cant promise. or ship, its sad that she had so much handed to her to do that, its uhhhh

My status - right now it is the same ole thing! She was supposed to put the money in my account today, but her Huband's Grandmother died, so she won't be able to do it. I will update everyone tomorrow.
Grayson's mom - does this mean, she was wanting you to accept treats instead of sending you back your money?

She said I could keep those treats and she would send the correct ones, but I said I didn't want to wait 2 months for them and I would be returning the wrong treats back.

Then she went on to say that it really didn't matter what I did as she had proven to paypal she sent the treats.

Sooo I called paypal to let them know they were shipped back and they were not correct and I gave them my tracking number. She should have them back come Monday.

I am tried of her and all this mess, at this point I really don't care anymore.

She gave me the Funeral HOme information, but I have too much going on today look that up.

It looks like she's saying to Grayson's Mom that you got your order so she has fulfilled her obligation???? I can't wait to hear what PayPal says.

Geish I really wish someone would teach this little girl a lesson. Personally I would still go to the authorities... she deserves that much.

I haven't been involved in this because I never sent her any money, but I just wanted to add that if you do take legal action against her, you not only have the word of everyone else here that she scammed, but you have written documentation with dates of everything that has happened right here on this board. That is excellent recourse, and she would have a really hard time denying it. You can print out every conversation she's had regarding this matter, if necessary. Everyone should keep their e-mails from her, too.

She could use any obit in any paper and say because of a family squabble (which, if I remember right, there were many), those who wrote the obit didn't include her name as a survivor out of spite. Remember, she's a pro at the con game.

I've kept all my emails and pm's from her. If I can be of any help I'll do it! I am so sorry this has happened to so many here. She will have to face up to this one way or another.

Good thing you returned them. I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but even if she sent you the right treats, I would be too nervous to feed them to my dog! :eek: Lord only knows what's in them now.
