Well either she's on here or she has a friend who is sending her our posts as soon as we say something. I got an email from her. She said Grayson's Mom was going to be getting her package, which you can track right now.
Has anyone ever used eCheck on PayPal. She said she picked the day it was supposed to clear which wasn't until the 8th and they drafted early from her account. When I read the info on PayPal it did not indicate that you could pick a date. Does anyone know?

I have a Paypal account and when I have people from Ebay pay me that use echeck, they don't get to pick a date that I know of. Usually they(PP) place hold on funds until check clears then post it in your account.
Call the 800 paypal customer service line.

I have sent and received echecks...You cannot pick the day and they take 7 days to clear. If the money is in the persons checking account then the e-check clears in 7 days from the day the person sent the e-check, then it will say completed in your paypal account and in theirs.

The only thing in paypal you CAN pick the day on that I am aware of is if you print your shipping labels from Paypal. It will ask you what day you want to ship and you can pick the shipping day and the post office will pick up packages on the day you chose.

Absolutely!!! If people were scammed they should take further action! Let me tell you, I hated to be the pessimistic one, but I didn't feel right about all this when she was "subliminally" asking for money. It's just not right. And there are SO many nice people here who jumped to her rescue, and now they getting screwed. Who was it who said (Kimberley, Vee?) that this happened a while ago on another forum and the well known/liked guy took off with the money!! :mad: Unbelievable!!! :mad: :mad:

I don't believe a word she says its all b.s. you don't get to pick the date your check clears, SHE hasn't shipped anything to me nor will she. I have blocked her on my email so she cant badger me anymore. She is a big fat lier and a THIEF. Don't believe anything she says as it is a lie. Why would she be shipping me anything when she told me she was going to issue me my refund.

She is a joke!!

I am really sorry that everyone had to go through this, but when she posted about losing her home, you guys where great , but she didn't seem very thankful, so I had a really bad feeling about it anyway...I didn't donate to her, and you know me I try to donate to everything...but there was something wrong, gut feeling....I just wanted to say that when you give with a pure heart, somehow and someday you will get what you gave back....I hope that she gets in some kind of trouble...Its just not right to do this to all of you that tried to help her.....:mad:

I just looked her up she is a member and has been one since 1/18/2007 but hasn't posted anything....:mad:

They can ban her ip I think....but what if she went to a friends house or the local library and signed up there? It would be a different IP addy then and no proxy would have to be used.

Yes so true, plus all the sites that you can use to hide your IP while you go on the net. Pretty sneaky isn't she? At least she knows how so many feel about her.

I wasn't here when the scammer hit, but just a thought. With all the people that Paypal'd her, it should give her addy on the Paypal recp't. With all the YT'ers all over the U.S. I can't believe someone isn't close enough to pay her a personal visit. Just a thought. A scammer can be sued in small claims if you are in the same state. I am sure that would scare the pants off of her.

I just sent her an email stating I want my refund by Western Union on Monday. If I don't get it, I'll check with the authorities who have her down for hot checks, as I would consider this the same. What she has done is Fraud and it's a Criminal offense. I may need back up information from everyone once this process gets going.

I'm also going to contact the authorities in her hometown to see what recourse I have through them. I have free EAP services through my company. which includes Legal so I'll be calling them Monday as well if I don't receive my money.

No I did not track it as when she told me to track it before I had to call DHL and they said she only printed the label. I am done with this nut case.

She did not refund my money as requested, so I'm starting with the authorities today. She asked me to wait a few more days after telling me she would have my money in there by midnight last night. As I mentioned to her earlier I am finished with excuses and will wait no longer.

I was just wondering who else was waiting besides Grayson's Mom so I could tell the authorities that the number.

I got most of what she owes me. She still owes me $20.00. :mad: I guess I am lucky I did get some of my money back.
