| I have T-Mobile - had it for 2 years, really like it - BUT I know some people have problems with service in some remote areas. I have not had that problem at all though. I have it because my daughter is on T-Mobile and she and I talk to each other all the time and cell to cell (both) T-Mobile is free. I have my husband on it too as a family plan - but he hardly uses his phone at all - expect to call me on my cell which is FREE TOO!

| I like sprint's fair and flexible. But it all depends on how much you use it and if your friends and family have mobile to mobile. |

| I have discovered that all plans have their drawbacks. The biggest one now is using your cell phone # to visit certain sites (if you have the web on your phone). My daughter did and after about $70 in charges, days of research, several visits to the Verizon Store, their help, way too much time on the phone, I discovered that the fine print that allows these charges are impossible to find, there are NO humans involved so you can't talk to anyone, and there are no addresses because they go thru several companies all over the world before they get to our phone bills. There are NO refunds but if you try long enough you can unsubscribe. According to Verizon, this is the latest way to scam money from people. We have since taken the web off her phone. I will say Verizon's unlimited mobile to mobile texting is well worth the $15/mo if you do alot of texting. My dtr's texts run over 15,000 per mo. (DON'T ASK, lol). A copy of my texting bill is at the local Verizon store incase any parents think their children won't overuse the texting!!! I reccomend the ins. too. Phone replacement gets expensive after awhile. We have had Verizon, Nextel and Sprint (which are now the same thing) and reception is the biggest thing. Check the coverage areas. We reprogramm our phones every month because new towers keep going up and we are in a very hilly area. Good luck in which ever you choose.

| I have been very happy with Cingular for many years. I live in the boondocks and even we have good coverage. I also get to talk to all other cingular customers with no minutes charged, and that includes our home phone. Most of my calls are to the other two cellphones, the home phone or my family most of who are also on Cingular. We have unlimited night and weekend minutes -- good for my son. We also have rollover minutes, so I always have a nice bank of minutes for those times we travel or need a lot of cellphone use. Let's see....what else..... For internet/media use/text/pics, I just got a generous bundled package for my son and that has worked with no overages.

| I use Alltel, my plan gives free alltel mobile to mobile calls, free nights & weekends and you get 10 friends with no charges to/from those callers for about $70.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I have had T-mobile for like 5 years and I like it. I have the family plan with my hubby so we can talk all day if we want too. My parents have a family plan with them too, so we can talk with them for free too, plus the unlimited nights and weekends of course. I have 700 whenever minutes but I always end up using about half of that! |
