| I ALWAYS used to have headaches and after visiting the doctor it turned out to be more allergies/sinuses. After being put on medicine, I rarely have them.. but I do get them as soon as I accidentally skip a pill or two. Maybe you could just visit your family doctor? Occasionally, I still get a "real" headache and the only thing that works is extra strength Tylenol. So maybe give that a try as well.

| I see that someone finally mentioned sinuses..... that's what I was going to ask about. My headaches are almost always sinus related. Sometimes you don't realize that you are congested in your sinuses but I've learned to pinpoint those now. The thing that works for me is Aleve Sinus.

no not at all lol these threads are supposed to help everyone not just me, i will try tylenol extra strenth or the aleve sinus someone mentioned. Mine are not migraines now that I know the diff. They are just really annoying that I can't even sleep. | |
