I ALWAYS used to have headaches and after visiting the doctor it turned out to be more allergies/sinuses. After being put on medicine, I rarely have them.. but I do get them as soon as I accidentally skip a pill or two. Maybe you could just visit your family doctor?
Occasionally, I still get a "real" headache and the only thing that works is extra strength Tylenol. So maybe give that a try as well.
