Great tips...I'm just reading along...Have everything but the correct syrup ...so I haven't started as of yet....

We have a really nice health food store called Dodson's. I found everything there.

I did 21 days a few years back. If you have a Whole Foods Market near you they have grade B. The first couple days were rough, to be honest, I had a terrible headache from caffeine withdrawl. I used regular sea salt but eventually got to the point where I couldn't get it down plus the fact that I have a 45 min drive to work every day up the Garden State Parkway. I will be honest, it not a breeze for some but I think if the support is there and the commitment you can do it. The cure zone forums are also a big help.

Trader Joes has Grade B too... Any Health Food store should carry it.

Kathryn - The Celetic Sea Salt - Is is going to be HUGH chucks??? And if so, will it disolve in the water or do I have to smash it up first?

i really want to do this, but things aren't right.. right now.. at least.

i don't really have the motivation for this at all.. only because everyone in my family and my husbands family and even co-workers have been putting me down about my weight, that i find it so hard to do anything.

without any support or motivation, i don't even think i can do half a day of just drinking liquids..

it's just a bummer..

Oh no, are you ok? I too lack motovation and desire at times...

But there really seems to be a lot here on YT that are going to join together with this! Think about it, 10 days - that's all. No matter what 10 days are going to arrive and pass, so why not try it???

The sea salt dissolves in milliseconds! It was meant to be sea water and quickly becomes so again!

If your doing the Cleanse... Sound off in Jens thread... Whos doing the Cleanse?

I'd love to see who all is taking the plunge!

Oh God...speaking of Cleansing. I just bought this whole Cleansing System at Whole Foods....and being such a freak...I got it home and started looking at all the herbs and stuff in it...and I got Paranoid that I might be allergic to some of them, as I've never even HEARD of some of these Herbs!

So I have this $60 cleansing stuff....and I'm afraid to take it! Hahahaha
