So off went "TACO" and the baseball player named Bill, off into the lovely sunset to live happliy every after. Now Sally was so very happy but they had to get on the road now and head for.... |
Madison, Wisconsin to see Tink's Mom before they went on their way to Maine. it's only about a 6 hour drive from St. Louis so they loaded up the motor home with goodies and pup fod and off they went north on route 55 |
they drove and drove until they came to Tink's Mom's house and when they arrived they were greeted with big smiles and........ |
lots of hugs and a platter of cheese and sausage and lots of pecan pie and some brown beer and cranberry wine. Then they sat down to talk about Lucky's lucky break. |
But they needed to be on their way. Since they had found TACO a home already, they decided to go to Florida to see a nice lady that had a maltese and a yorkie that had invited them to have some fun in the sun. So they bid Tink's MOM a farewell and......... |
headed down I39 to Chicago and then down I55 through Illinois and then into Kentcky, and on down the states and over to Florida to visit that nice Morki lady. when they got there, they called her to see if they should bring their bathing suits. |
she said sure and don't forget the sun screen.... |
So they drove their motor home over to her house and parked close by so they could suprise her with their special purchase made in Georgia on the way over. |
But she evidently wasn't home, so they headed on up the highway on the way home to Maine. Sniff!:( |
They were very sad and kinda mad too they had come along way out of the way to meet up with the lady. |
Sniff Sniff!! So then they got to DC, they decided to take Lucky to see the Capitol, \'cause they might not get a change again any time soon. |
As they were admiring the Capitol building, the NICE MORKIE4 lady called their cell phone and apologized that she had not been home when they arrived and explained that she had been out shopping getting things ready for their visit. They accepted her apology and left Washington DC to return to Florida to visit the NICE MORKIE4 lady! They now felt really bad that they had become so upset and were anxious to return to Florida. So they hopped into the RV and headed back south........... |
LOL and coughing! So back down south they went for some sun and companionship! When they got to the NICE MORKIE 4 lady\'s house, she invited them in for a glass of mint julep and some tea for Sally and water for Lucky and then they talked about................ |

But first they wanted to go swimming in the ocean. so they put on their bathing suits, slathered on the sun screen, grabbed the beach balls and cooler full of drinks and headed for the beach.
