"Well, since he doesn't appear to be available, I suggest we get a move on and get this little Italian Greyhound down to your Uncle Oscar ben Hernandez Mullineaux's house in the West Texas town of El Paso. And while we're there, we can visit Tink's Mom's daughter and go get some really cool blouses in Ciudad Juarez". What do you think Sally? Shall we see if he can also help us with these other dog-o-lots? |
All right ladies & gents - is this story ending? So Sally and her dad and her mom and brother hopped in the motor home they just bought last night and headed for the southwestern border of Texas with the Italian Greyhound and great hopes that Abraham's brother would have some ideas to help them with the other dogs. It's a long drive across the United States and so they bought a map to help them make the trip and a cooler to fill up with snacks and pop and blankets for those cool evenings and lots of games for the kids, a couple of books for mom and dad, stopped at the bank for some funds, and the grocers for some chow. AND THEY'RE OFF to the West Texas town of El Paso. Bumpity bumpity bump bump bump along the road they go...... |
Not yet Tink just soooo busy helping others Along the way get to see all kinds of neet things. Sallly had never been out of her home state before so it was really neet to get to see............ |

Her father looked up into the rear view mirror to catch Sally's eyes for a moment,'yup, sweetie. this is what we like to call, 'The Dirrty South' ' Sally looked ever so puzzled, but didnt question anymore. They then pulled in to a nearby Taqueria Arandas, a name Sally dare not try and say. 'They have burritos here as big as texas!', her father said. this definitely caught Sally's full attention...So as they were walking in,.. |
She saw a man walk out with a HUGE TALL cowboy hat on She said "Daddy that is one BIG hat" her dad said " thats what they call a 10 gallon hat honey " sally started laughing so hard she almost ran in to......... |

that everyone was in such a good mood and having such great fun! She liked all the beautiful dresses the ladies were wearing and the neat clothes the men had on.........but she shook her head and realized that she needed to get back to thinking more about WHY they were there. So she turned around and .............. |

And although she was scared, she had Lucky with her. So she thought they must have gone inside the store. So into the store she went but...... |
was stopped in her tracks by the strangest looking creature she had EVER seen! It was... |
just undescribeable. And so she asked the man next to the cash register, "Sir, could you tell me please what on earth is that creature over there?" Well, the kind man said, little girl, that creature you see over there is ............. |
