Lucky was barking and barking and they could not get her to stop barking. What was she barking at? Then they saw............ |
a mouse run from under the stove , Lucky went chasing it and |
smacked right into the closed basement door - :tongue036 . After that Sally's mom decided they all needed a Martooni:martini: (except Sally and Lucky of course). :mickey: Micky Mouse and :monkey2: Curious George showed up at the party :party: and they all got a take-home-fish :goldfish: in a plastic bag. They were all so happy they did a group hug. :ghug: Meanwhile on the other side of the basement door was heard earsplitting wailing and it was too loud to have come froma mouse. What on earth could be in Sally's basement making that unholy sound? |

.......they heard a knocking coming from the lid of the garbage can. A roach knocking??? Whoever heard of such a thing. Their curiosity got the best of them and they slowly and carefully began to lift the lid of the garbage can, much to their surpirse, Sally noticed the roach had a zipper running from the top to the end on the roach, very much like what Lucky had on when she first arrived from the puppymill in the little box...........so |

a darling Italian greyhound who by now is so thin and thirsty that he was making all those horrible noises to let someone know he needed to get out of those suits! Of course Italian Greyhounds are so thin that everyone knew there couldn't be a zipper on him and when they carefully checked him over and looked down his throat and in his ears they were confident that he was exactly what he appeared to be - a darling Italian greyhound who was very thirsty. So they gave him a drink of Avian water. Slurp, slurp, Ahhhhhh! Now an old problem reared it's ugly head. Where in the world did this little guy come from and who in the world was playing these funny but a little scary (for the doggies) tricks on them. The man from Nigeria seemed to have a plausible story, but who was going to explain the darling Italian greyhound's story? |
