raising nearly 1k in less than 9 hours based on the good will of strangers is pretty amazing. and V is right. there's nothing to defend. some can offer money to support you. some can offer prayers and good vibes. some can offer you advice on how not to make the same mistakes over again. but they can't offer that advice without knowing how you got into your hole. imho, "how did this happen" is a completely valid reason. of course you are also within your rights to protect your privacy and not share the details on a public board, but you can't fault people for asking the question. JMHO

I pm'd her about my refund yesterday morning around 8am. As of today it is still being shown as unread. I know she was on here after my pm because I saw her. I think I've been understanding and patient. Now I'm just getting mad. I really wish she'd get this whole mess cleared up. I pm'd admin. this morning to let them know that even though she said she took care of everything, she still owes people.

This is just absolutely amazing in a bad way lol.

I cannot beleive she has ripped off so many members on YT. I used to purchase from a lot of members on here but this just makes me a bit leary now. And she was i guess a very active member on here.

My sympathies to those who were ripped off truly sorry it had to happen to you.

I do recommend Willow's treats because i have ordered from her and got my package in wonderful timing. they treats are freakin amazing!

i hope this never happens to anyone again and i hope you all get your money somehow.

I am not scared of ordering from anyone on here. She is not others that are on here that is honest and truthful. I don't mind waiting for my orders. I figure if the person making my order takes their time and is not rushed then I will receive a wonderful product. Don't let her scare you away from the other wonderful people offering their services on here.

I can't for the life of me understand how she can come on here & continue to post w/ no shame or embarrassment, has she no self-respect

We have gotten numerous complaints of ytsirk27 not shipping goods when payments have already been made. We've only gotten complaints since the last week of December. However, it seems ytsirk27 is not responding to such complaints even though she said she would address them. We are sorry anyone has ordered from her in the past that has not received their goods. YorkieTalk can not vouch for any particular seller, and we do advise caution when purchasing any goods from any stores online.

We have rarely gotten any complaints from YorkieTalk sellers before, which we are thankful for. The vast majority of storeowners on YorkieTalk are honest, reliable, dependable, and do deliver goods that are paid for, as you can see from the many product and store reviews that members post about.

It is just plain wrong to take money and not ship items that are paid for. It is illegal and may be considered mail fraud.

Here is more information on mail fraud (from Wikipedia):

Mail fraud refers to any scheme which attempts to unlawfully obtain money or valuables in which the postal system is used at any point in the commission of a criminal offence. Mail fraud is a legal concept in the United States Code which provides for enhanced penalty of any criminally fraudulent activity if it is determined that the activity involved using the United States Postal Service. As in the case of wire fraud, this statute is often used as a basis for a separate federal prosecution of what would otherwise have been only a violation of a state law. The concept is irrelevant and largely non-existent in countries with non-federal legal systems: the activities listed below are likely to be crimes, but the fact that they are carried out by mail makes no difference to which authority may prosecute or the penalties which may be imposed.

on-delivery or misrepresentation of mail-order merchandise

This scheme exists in various forms; order an item, make payment, receive nothing is the simplest form of mail fraud. Other variants include misleading descriptions (advertisement says an expensive camera is available by mail-order, when the item arrives it turns out to be a toy camera), deliberate sale of defective merchandise or even stolen merchandise. Internet fraud and online auction fraud

Internet fraud or wire fraud schemes may also qualify as mail fraud if the mails are being used at any point in the scheme, including a request that a money order be sent to pay for non-existent or undelivered auction merchandise. Many of these schemes are merely variants on the fraudulent mail-order scams in which the merchandise is never delivered as described or delivered at all.

Online schemes claiming that "a hot female escort will give you access to her entire pornography collection on some Internet site if you send a money order to a drop box in Barrie", if payment is accepted by postal money order and the product never received, would also qualify. The original solicitation is made online, the supposed product claims to be delivered online, but use of the mails at any point (such as to receive money or negotiable instruments) could easily qualify such a scheme as mail fraud.

roughly 1200.00..becasue i have 300.00 i can put toward it. I was wanting to try to pay 1 month in advance so im not in this bind in the future but right now im just concentrating on getting caught up! seems sooo far away!! I have till 5:00 to pay it! the 88.00 has put me closer to it though! Thank you to those that have bought treats and donated for me. I really truly appreciate it!

were two months behind. no, this wont happen again next month. thats why im going to try to pay a month in advance if i can to provide myself with a barrier. this has been a bad year but everything will be all and well for 2007. We have already discussed our finances and everything will be better. We are going to do some thing s differently. Rent around here for a 2 bedroom is 400.00 so renting would be stupid. my house payment is only 435.00 but my insurance and tax payment brings it up to 642.00 its 1130.00 not 1500.00 now. Gez, I don't want to rain on everyone's parade... but does anyone know why Kristy is in this situation? I'm not trying to pry or be mean, I'd just like to know before I help. I couldn't see where she said why or how she got in this situation. All I saw was that she said it was her fault butI do think she owes some kind of explanation if she wants help. Did she have unforeseen medical bills? Loose her job? Hubby loose his? All of these are understandable and would have my full support but...

I just saw a post where she accepted money from another YT member and still hasn't sent them what they paid for - in Nov. I don't know - I'm really sorry, I'd be there in a second but I just don't have a good feeling about this. I guess we've just always found another way to "earn" the money when we came up short. We sold what we had to, or did jobs on the side for cash but never would we let it get where we were 3 months behind on our rent or house payment or owe a friend money. How is she still using the internet?
