As long as you don't run around sporting the graphic T's made for 12-year olds, I say go for it! Or the teeny butt skirts they were flaunting a year or so ago. ![]() I'm caught in the middle as well. I'm 27 and fit easily into junior clothes, but many of the trends are just too young for me now. So I search out what is appropriate and what can be layered well and stick with that. | |

| ![]() Speaking of crack.... I was in target last week and there was a woman about my age (im 29) and she had on sweat pants with almost her entire butt crack showing, no underwear all crack. Im guilty sometimes my thong does show (not the entire thing) and Im always making sure its not showing. All I can wear are low rise pants. My dog show suits arent low rise and they sit right were my pacemaker sits (I have a gastric pacemaker to make my stomach work) and it feels funny with the waist of pants sitting right where it is. I fear Im going to be this 70 year old woman still walking around in low rise pants lol

| ![]() somethings fit better when they are made smaller, i know that the low rise jeans fit my body very good and if i try to wear womens pants i fell funny look funny and walk funny, it makes me look discombobalted now if you were trying to were the clothes like a teenager like the whole leggings with mini skirts of yes the older ones are wearing them here and its grosssss, but hey its ok if you feel comfy in those kinds of clothes go ahead, but sometimes the womens are also made for the ones who have grown into themselves and they fit womanly, i need clothes that fit like a teens, im not skinny but i swim in womens clothes and teens dont really fit me

| ![]() My Mom is 60 and shops in juniors with me. She's just too small to fit in most stuff made for her age bracket and the juniors section seems to cost less. She dresses age appropriate too. I think it's more important to have you clothes fit properly than the department they came from. ![]()

| ![]() Here is my two cents: I like a classy style with a touch of trendy. I am older and still like to keep up a little. I may wear a trendy pair of jeans that fit well and have no skin showing and pair it with a classic one color sweater or shirt. Keep it simple. I ask my daughter how they look. She will always tell me the truth ![]()
