Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | My Physician told me years ago not to take Melatonin because of having an autoimmune disease. I had also asked at the health food store and they looked it up said recommended not to take it as it can intensify autoimmune diseases and cause big time flare ups. Patti |

Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Sorry for adding another post here as I was too late on the other to add this: I got this information off the internet Avoid If... Unless your doctor approves, do not take Melatonin if you have an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, any condition that affects your lymphatic system, AIDS, osteoarthritis, depression or any other emotional disorder, diabetes, epilepsy, heart disease, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, or serious allergies. I personally could never take this because there is several in this category that apply to me. Patti |
