| I believe in chocolates too Feelings go up and down..when you are really really depressed, remember to hang on in there because tomorrow will be better. I really don't know what to say but it helped me when I was depressed, I log in to YT and read and read and read and post when I need help. It is amusing how strangers are so willing to extend help to you only if you have the courage to reach out. Your kids and husband loves you and if you said so I am sure they will support you all the way through

| I will pray for you. I hope that you aren't setting your expectations in yourself too high. You can't expect to be all things to all people. I am very glad that you have a husband and children that love you. You also have loads of YT friends. Love in Christ, Teri

| It is so hard to be everything all the time! Mother, wife, and self employed! Whew, IT'S A LOT to take on every morning when you get out of bed. Make sure to take breaks when you need them, don't be afraid to ask for help from your loved ones and take it one day at a time. If possible try to get a little sunshine and take a walk everyday to get your endorphins going, it's amazing what these two things can do for you emotionally. (((HUGS))) |
