help me im frezzing,, im sitting here at work with a coat on a hat
and gloves ok .... and a heater under my desk cause im freezing my
cannoli's off....... they cant put the heat up higher cause the cows
in here get too hot...... so i have to walk around chattering my teeth all
day..... i hate this weather ya think

Going out at 6:00am is easy. I have to go to work anyhow.
The killer is at 9:30 at night when we are snuggled under the down
comforter and I have to get into sweats, socks, boots, hat, scarf,
coat and gloves and catch you know who because he hates clothes and get him into his coat and leash and go outside in the "COLD" and or "SNOW".
That's the killer! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Yesterday, it was 16 when I left the house and it didn't make it above 35 here and last night, I believe, it said it was 6!!!! Yes, 6 degrees!

We were out shopping yesterday in that bitter cold - DANG...was it cold!!! They sun was out, but the wind was coming from the North, so it was really cold - seemed to go right through you!

Last night, we built a big fire and just stayed in the house!

The dogs (even Mojo) get soooo hyper when it is cold! It is funny! Course, when they come in, they go straight to the fire place and snooze right there on the floor!!

I was happy I got all My Christmas shopping done in November when it was warmer this year. Usually I am out in the cold doing it too

It was in the teens last night here in North Alabama. The high today is only 30. The wind chill this morning when I left my house made it feel like it was in the teens! BURRRRRRRR! I don't mind the cold when it SNOWS, but it hasn't snowed in Alabama in a decade!

It was only like 15 outside yesterday. Rocky will go outside, but he refuses to do anything. So were back to step one with potty training. I'm trying to get him on the pads, but he prefers undernieth my desk.

I think it is suppose to warm up here (a warm front coming in), but who knows!!?? They are calling for several days of rain (again), so I hope it does warm up before the rain gets here!!!!!!

Talk about cold I moved out from CA to WA about 7 yrs ago the first winter we were here the only heat we had was an old wood stove, none of the wall heater worked I found out. My poor tenen I feel bad I didn't know property management sucked.

We made it fine. And just think all all the pretty coats and sweater we get each year.

Poor Villette and Cheri and Chanel...to me that sounds so warm, but I know you southerners aren't used to cold! I am so happy to say that it is in the 30's here today. We are having a heatwave! I hope all the snow melts because I'm not one of those people that thinks we have to have snow for Christmas. The last couple of weeks have been frigid cold here with below zero temps and below zero in the double digits for wind chill. I say we are all a bunch of idiots for living here! I hate winter and it really downs my mood. I freeze all winter, inside or out because our house is not warm...I could turn the heat up to 80 and still freeze. Thank goodness Maddie has a thick coat because cold doesn't seem to bother her, but I'm always dressing her because if I'm cold, I figure everyone else must be. LOL

Get out your winter clothes, girl! Then make yourself a nice, hot cup of hot chocolate and cuddle with the girls! You deserve a break, so go for it!

Connie - I do know it's WAY WAY cold where you live - did you ever hear any more about that poor girl freezing to death in the car ??? how is her b/f taking things ??? that was a horrible story and no one should die in the cold like that

Yes...I heard more! Her blood alcholol was 3.6! Legally drunk is .8. Normally, anyone over 3.5 dies from alcohol poisoning. Her body was probably used to the stuff because I guess she had quite a drinking problem. I blame the alcohol more than the cold because if she hadn't been in that condition, she'd have never stayed in that car! Still a lot of questions as to where she got so drunk and all, but I'll probably never know.

It's REALLY cold here right now, and I was just outside. I'd rather be out in the cold than the heat.

I live in Minnesota. I love the snow, hate the cold! I think the snow looks pretty outside, but it's a pain to get all bundled up just to check your mail! Here is a pic of last winter. We haven't had any snow yet this year, but we are praying for a white christmas!
