Shana, I'm so sorry to hear about this. This woman is a raging SOB and I'm am sooo pissed on your behalf. I know that doesn't help your situation, and I don't want to fuel your fire, per say, but this lady is a B*&%#$!!! I can not believe she STOLE your pics. One thing I can say, Chloe is, by far, the cutest dog on her website (although I hope she is removed immediatley). I hope you can bring this lady DOWN!!!! What a jerk! |
welli eamailed her lastnight and showed her which pics she had that were not her's the pink sweater and the blue swe4ater and it seems those are the only one's she took down she does have one pic of Chole in the pink sweater on the first page but she took the othe sizes off she now has some new pics watermarked wonder where she stole them |

HA! She had to end all of the listings with my pic (and it looks like it was about 100 listings). She still has my picture of chloe with a teddybear blanket though and I messaged her about that. |

I just want to give everyone a big thank you and a big hug! :ghug: I just started this thread because I really needed to vent out my anger when I saw my pics on that persons ebay store. I never imagined people would really read my rant and I especially never expected everyone stepping in to back me up and support me the way you guys have and you guys have been so wonderful. This is totally nuts! I hope that ebayer gets suspended. She well deserves it! I've heard of people selling puppies stealing pics, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised at this, but not half as surprised as you were. I wonder if there's more pics of Chloe on other pet sites. We'll have to all be on the look out! |

I wrote to **pinkyluxury** on ebay and asked if she thought it was ethical to use someone else's pictures to sell her products. Told her one outfit was really cute but I could not do business with a thief. She just wrote back: "the supplier allows us to use their pictures, and other pictures in this auction are taken directly from us. thank you" So I guess she has no intentions of owning up to this and fixing it. :( |
I just read the rest of the thread (why didn't I do that before I posted). I see she is getting your pictures removed from her ebay listings. Hope she has learned a lesson. I would think the people reading this forum would be a good size chunk of the market share when it comes to small dog clothing sales online. |

Sent to eBay 180052161844, 180028532422, 180028534863 This person in using pictures, without permission, that are sole property of another person - stolen from her business website <tinkerbellscloset.com> At times she has taken them and put her own watermark on them. That is stealing!!! Please have her remove all pictures from TinkerBells Closet. They are of the small Yorkie and sometimes with a Chi. Thank You. Connie Davis |
I just sent this - at the bottom of the ebay page it has a place that says something about "reporting this to eBay". I had to go through several sections and I ended up using the "fraudulent" one. Hope this helps. |

Shana..... I just saw this thread, If you need me to do anything I will, I dont really care about negative feedbacks anymore , so I can email whoever and be as mean as I can lol as I lost too much money on things i paid for and never got like over 150....so I dont do ebay anymore for anything.... also shana...how do you put your water marks on your pics? i use paint shop pro to make my graphics, and we use tubes to do things like that...if thats how you do it, zip up pics, let me know what size you want them and what you want the watermark to say and I will gladly help you finish all your pics, I dont work, and I love to play in psp :) pm me if you would like some help.
