To be honest I have no desire to talk to her because there is nothing she can possibly say that I want to hear. There is no possible valid excuse. Ijust want her to take them off right now and since she hasnt done this yet I tried to call her to gripe her out but of course no one picked up.

I just left a really nice message (i didnt say who I was or why I was calling because I knwo they wont call me back then) and I left my number hoping that they think Im an interested customer and actually call me back. Does someone want to send them a message asking about one of thier listings? LIke ask a simple question about size or something? I want to see if they respond.

I'd be happy to send them a question. I'd also be happy to buy one of their items, not pay and leave them terrible feedback about the stolen pics and fraudulent sellers they are:p

I went thru all her listings and I am familiar with all the vendors products that she is selling and actually so far it only looks like she stole my pictures, the rest are common manufacturer photos. And my pictures appear to be the only ones she has watermarked too. Very fishy!

She is however, selling many products from dog comopanies/manufacturers that prohibit thier products from being sold on ebay or auction driven sites. I guess she thinks she is exempt from rules:confuse8:

I was thinking about doing that too, I have several ebay accounts which I dont use anymore. Can we get in trouble if we do that? I dont care if I get a bad mark on one of my old accounts becuase I dont ever use them anymore.

From my experience with non paying buyers, they get 3 chances before being suspended I THINK, but it's been a while and that may have changed. I also have 2 accounts we don't use anymore... Did you hear anything back from ebay? Maybe you should wait to hear from them before doing that :p

ya know that is weird that she only watermarked Chloe's pics. I wonder why? Also could you contact the other vendors to report her the one that aren't supposed to be on ebay? Shut her down for good!

Nope, ebay will probobly take weeks to investigate or even acknowledge my report/claim Im sure:rolleyes:

That really is sad. I hope you get it taken care of before the weekend is up. But I have a question I have bought from your store before. Do you have that sweater because it is so cute. I want it. I will go check out Tinker bells closet now. But I didn't know about my yt10 discount. DUMB Question So do you think she is selling the same sweater or a fake I am going to email her to. I will let you know what I find out.

I'm just seeing this thread...this SUCKS!!!! They need to be shut down. In addition to complaiing to eBay, I hope you're contacting those other companies that prohibit their products being sold on eBay....get her in trouble with them, too, so they won't sell to her anymore. It'll be hard for her to run a business w/o products. If you need me to do anything, let me know.
