Caffiene causes dark circles under your eyes...if you drink a lot of caffienated drinks you might try cutting back a little and see if that helps.

My dark circles are heridtary. I use Dermablend, bought at better cosmetic counters. it is the stuff they use to conceal those birthmarks. Portwine stains, I think they are called. the kind I use comes in a tube like lipstick. very expensive but lasts forever almost.

Diet, rest and lack of exercise are the most common causes. If you're not sleeping enough, the signs of aging will increase more rapidly with time. Right now, it's dark circles around your eyes. In another five years, it will be worse. Your body needs its rest. You may need to learn to say no more often. Being good to yourself now will pay for itself many times over as the years go by. My two best friends (one now deceased from a heart attack at age 48) always made fun of me because they said I slept too much. I'm the only one out of the three with no dark circles, no bags under my eyes and minimal wrinkling. My mom didn't take care of herself and she looked about 65 when she died (she was only 56). In the meantime, Mary Kay also makes a great concealer. Hang in there and take care of yourself.
